Choose morning or afternoon preschool, or explore combining sessions. Talk with admissions about available days and extended care for your preferred location.
Choose your preschool sessions and add Early Bird, Lunch Bunch or Stay & Play to your application. Email admissions for the 2027–2028 tuition and policy agreements before registration.

Join the family list
Complete our online interest form. Select 27–28 School Year, your preferred preschool location and the schedule options that work for you.
Sign up for enrollment updatesVisit and get ready
Email tgradmissions@gmail.com to schedule a tour. Choose your location, preschool sessions and extended care. Have your child’s information and schedule preferences ready.
Request a tourApply online
Open TGR’s registration page and select Register Today! Complete one application per child. Include alternative locations or schedules if your family is flexible.
Go to the registration pageComplete enrollment
Read your placement email and reply to accept your offered schedule. Activate Brightwheel from your email invitation. Sign your agreements and pay the registration invoice. See the timing checklist below.
What to have ready
Your child’s name and birth date, parent names, phone, address and email, your child’s strengths and care needs, enrollment option, preferred location and schedule, and a second preference if flexible.
Returning or alumni family?
You have a separate priority registration window before new family enrollment. Use the priority application and dates in your TGR admissions email.
AFTER YOU PRESS SUBMIT
Your Brightwheel timing checklist.
Email invitation
Activate your Brightwheel account.
Within 24 hours of applying
TGR sends the Policy Agreement through Brightwheel.
Within 24 hours of receiving it
Sign the Policy Agreement to hold your child’s place. Complete the Tuition Contract Agreement too.
Within 2 business days of your confirmation email
Expect your Brightwheel invoice. Fees and the tuition deposit are due at registration.
To finish enrollment
Accept your proposed schedule, complete both agreements and pay all fees and the deposit.
Timing above is from TGR’s current 2026–2027 application. Use the 2027–2028 application for that season’s final terms and amounts.
Calculate your registration payment
Registration fee + materials fee + one month of preschool and extended care tuition. Payments can be made through Brightwheel, by check or in cash. Fees and deposits are non-refundable.
Build your schedule
Select at least two preschool programs per week. Each AM or PM session counts as one program. Add extended care during registration. Lunch is included when attending AM and PM on the same day.
